KEY POINTS
We deliver to Australian residential and business addresses only (NO Po Boxes).
We strongly advise delivery to a business address where you can.
Make sure you check the delivery address and give as much detail as possible in regards to business names & floor details, this will help our drivers. If the address details are incorrect or insufficient , a redeliver fee will apply.
Ensure someone will be home to receive your gift. If our driver does not feel there is a secure enough location to leave your gift, or they cannot access the property due to dogs or locked gate etc, item will be delivered back to our studio, we will make contact with you to discuss payment and redelivery.
Please remember during hot weather perishable items and chocolates cannot be left in the elements
HOSPITAL DELIVERIES
Its important to make sure the patient is definitely still in hospital when your gift will be delivered. Please be sure to include full name of hospital, address , ward name/floor, room number and patients full name. Please note if patient has been discharged & the gift needs to be sent to an alternative address, a redelivery fee will apply.
CLICK & COLLECT - FREE
You can click and collect your parcel from our studio in Seaview Downs SA , details will be given at checkout
HOT WEATHER – PERISHIBLE FOOD ITEMS
During extreme heat we may need to deliver parcels early morning, or late in day/evening, this will be discussed with you on those days
ALCOHOL
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure everyone is happy and loves their So Tansy gift box. If, for some reason, that was not the case for you, please let us know as soon as possible. We would be happy to work with you on a resolution.
